Allegations of sexual assault are rarely straightforward. In many situations, a case will get stalled as both sides argue against the stories from the other side. In some situations, the accused assaulter will deny some parts of the accuser's story while clarifying other parts.

Unfortunately, because abuse is often said to perpetrate abuse, an individual who accused another individual of sexual assault may also be facing accusations of sexual assault. If you're following the story of the allegations against the former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach, you may know that is exactly what's currently happening.

may also be facing accusations of sexual assault. If you're following the story of the allegations against the former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach, you may know that is exactly what's currently happening.

Bernie Fine was the assistant basketball coach at the university until recently. Zach Tomaselli, as well as two other men, accused Bernie of sexually molesting them. Although Bernie was not charged with a crime, he was fired from his coaching position at the university.

In the meantime, allegations against Zach have also arisen. Zach was recently charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy. Part of the judge's ruling in that case prohibited Zach from having contact with minors. However, Zach was spotted giving a teenager a ride in his car.

Because that alleged contact with a teen was a violation of his bail, Zach was sent to jail.

While Zach is in jail, police continue to investigate the allegations against Bernie. Zach claimed that Bernie sexually molested him when they were in a hotel room in Pittsburgh in 2002. Zach's father said he believes his son is lying, and a district attorney said he was doubts about Zach's story.
